I would like to trace a marriage between Donald and Doris Dye....however I have no real idea of when ( sometime between say 1930 & 1945) or what Doris's maiden name was.
Any hints pls as i dont want to use up loads of credits on wasted searches.

I know they lived in Twickenham in 1968. They had sons Peter and Paul, Peter was born approx 1947/48.
the name Garnham does not match any MMN that I have found for Peter's born during that time. So not sure what to do next but ty.

also I have found a listing of Paul, Doris, Donald and Clinton Dye living in Clacton in 2002. This is too much of a co-incidence and so am assuming it is them and that they have moved but can not find anything conclusive of them since 2002. Have phoned the council but they wont give me any info. Any clues as to where to fo from here?

Rose you are fab! I have just been back to my pdf and found him. I have looked at soooooo many pages today my eyes must be squiffy and I missed it. The Donald P is a very good match too. Gee you guys have done this in seconds......it has taken me years to get this far on pay per credits!

can you find me a Terry ? can I search for a death certificate with the maiden name of Garnham? I think she has passed on

in the case of a married woman her death would be in her current name

Terry sounds like a nickname and usually short for Teresa which can have different spellings

when was she born as theres several Teresa Garnham births

Terry is deffo a boy but I cant find one, I have gone back years (1940) ! and forward a few. But Terry doesnt appear on the electoral role for the house in Twickenham in 1970.

sorry meant Doris may have passed. I have found Paul, Doris and Donald as in assumed Mother Father and Son living in Clacton on sea on the 2002 electoral role. Nothing since so dont know where to go from here?

there are a couple of marriages for Terence G Dye. but not able to say which might be him, you would need to buy certs for father's name... death records only online to 2005 and he doesn't show before.

rose, do the marriages give you districts or will that only appear on the certificates?
