to find a record, looking twice
at info that might have misled
and put my family tree to bed.
I never would have guessed in truth
that grandad wed (but here's the proof)
not once but twice and in between
was not as good as might have been.
That granny was a closet Scot
that uncle was as like as not
a little racy, handsome lad
persuading housemaids to go 'bad'.

A tree I have whose branches hold
as many rogues as the GR fold.
But before I talk of wags and wums
there's 9 more days then here it comes....

lol Susan ...and I thought 'I' was the drama queen here ;) I shall still be just at the end of the googlemail inbox...and Uggers has that even if no one else does ( and plenty do if they want it ) ...so I will be VERY happy to meet up ...and almost certainly back here before then anyway lol ( DV).

If I make a two month break I shall consider I've done well lol...but thank you all :)
