One year, one week and one day after losing our son, my eldest daughter has presented my good lady and I with our first grand child and (although she looks a bit pink and wrinkly in the photo to me) I've been walking around all day grinning like an idiot : )
After such despair last year I am soooo happy : )
I'm off to see her now, byeeeeee : )

Thank you all for your kind words of congratulation. Little one is tiny, less than 7 pounds and bald as a coot and gorgeous.
No name decided on yet but daughter and hubby say her second name will be Andrea in memory of daughters brother, my son, Andrew (late of Royal Regiment of Artillery). Which made missis and I very tearful. So I'm going now before it happens again.
