Blind as the proverbial without them!

It's only my old man wailing that he's got no shirts to wear, as he's going up to the test match tomorrow and Friday. At least I'll have a bit of peace tomorrow to do my own thing - ha, ha - like come on here. No-one saying, 'You're not on that computer again, are you? Can you please all do your sunshine dance for me - and for everyone - our gardens ARE watered, thankyou very much. Enough is enough!!

You couldn't have got me more wrong Wend.....hence I'm in the process lol I have scanned quite a few though :)

I've also got a pile of ironing to do.....lol but it's not that important to me....i won't be saving my ironing in a fire lol I tend and iron when I need to wear it lol

Oh you've caught up :( You're more organised than me lol

Wend

Wend Report 25 Aug 2010 21:25

Oh, SRS, you're so organized. I'm having enough trouble trying to catch up with the i**ning I've neglected for 4 weeks. Caught up to-day though, with this ****** weather!

I'm in the process of scanning them all mine in. I want to store them somewhere virtually so if there is a housefire, the images are still there :)

lol Wend

Wend Report 25 Aug 2010 21:10

That's a good one, SRS, I agree. They are SO important and one of the things I'd want to try and save if we had a housefire (after 'im indoors, of course, and my teeth if they were soaking in St*radent at the time, and, of course, my specs, so I could see what I was doing when I was catching anyone jumping out of windows!)

I wouldn't have said specs....but having read your posts, I think I may have to agree lol

Otherwise I would have said photographs......

Wend Report 25 Aug 2010 20:58

So true, so true, Marion!!!

Wend

Wend Report 25 Aug 2010 20:55

Me too. If I'd reached the age then that I am now, I would've been a scary, hobbling, old crone, who couldn't see past her nose! (Imagined post from son if he were to be reading this - Mum, funny you should say that ...)

MarionfromScotland

MarionfromScotland Report 25 Aug 2010 20:46

Wend.. yes you would need your specs to find your teeth lol.

Beverley

Beverley Report 25 Aug 2010 20:35

I'm so pleased I was born when I was. Lol

Wend

Wend Report 25 Aug 2010 20:30

Not even choccy, Beverley? That's terrible.

Beverley

Beverley Report 25 Aug 2010 20:26

Oh boy - what a sad lot we are.

I wonder what our ancestors would have said as most of those things wouldn't have been invented yet.

Wend

Wend Report 25 Aug 2010 20:21

Those too, Marion - what a saddo I am! Won't mention my bunions :-((
