Shirley~I,m getting the hang of it Report 11 Sep 2010 15:22

i dont add to these type of threads because although the casualties need to be remembered and acknowledment made of the awfull events it is a bit personal to my OH,s American family. His cousin worked near the towers and they watched in horror as the events unfolded till the office block they were in was evacuated. Some 4 weeks later the same cousin was working overtime as the holiday weekend came up, Somehow the security didnt clock him out of the building on the Friday and it was closed over the holiday. He was found dead in his Office on the Tuesday and the medical result on his death put his death to delayed reaction re 9/11
Dont ask me any details cos thats all i know but for his family 9/11 is more than the bombings.

Thanks Gwynne and Shirley - how awful for the family, Shirley.

I'd agree with all of that, Gwynne
