There was an interview on BBC News24 on Tuesday with a Professor (cannot remember what of !) who was ex-SOE and had known Eileen and her sister,who was also SOE but had been brought out of France in 1942 as she was not coping.

He last saw Eileen at her sisters funeral

He said she would not have spoken about her activities-it was so ingrained in them that they did not speak about anything-ever
