I know .sad but I never realised you could do that before

*gulps* Carol you have now so confused me. lol
I love having found them all as I can now type with 'accents' when I remember that is.
It's crazy that it's only because I have now spanish keyboard that I have to treat as an english one that I have found out about all the accents on a UK board.
I doubt I will ever get used to typing blaz (no lock alt 130) é
but amusing to learn

Those above are for typing in email or somewhere like this board. I know a bunch by heart

since I email in French.

For typing in Word, it's easier and more intuitive / easy to remember:

Hold down the Control key and type, for instance,

' and then e to get é
, and then c to get ç
: and then i to get ï

(you have to also hold the shift to get : or ~ for example)

Yes I am Janey. Also tried some of the accent ones on that site you gae and nothing happened there either. Could it be anything to do with windows 7 do you think? This is a microsoft keyboard.
