Tiscali have been upgrading the emails again,but i have had no problems this afternoon,Fred.

My daughter tried to Email me on my Tiscali account yesterday from her Hotmail account and received a message saying emails to Tiscali were being delayed, but not to resend it. I still haven't received it - or any other emails.

Hi Mark I normally access my Tiscali through favourites, but kept getting H TTP status 404. So went on google put in Tascali and got through straight away.

I'm glad I found this thread, I thought it was ME!!! I managed to get in once yesterday but not at all today.
Hopefully it will sort itself out soon. Change is not always for the better. If it aint broke, don't fix it...

I'm glad I've spotted this too! Thought I was going crackers until I remembered about the 'updating' of the email system.

Not keen on the new look but am now receiving emails but the times look all wonky to me.

I get loads of pms on here and have noticed that when I look at my Tiscali email box and find an email from GR, I am not able to click on the link as I used to. Anyone else found that?

Well, I upgraded in August and between them, Talk talk (who decided to take direct debits out early - bit failed to inform customers until the 3rd of the month they intended to do it - when I was on holiday) and my bank failed to pay the bill - as a result my e-mail was disabled.
I phoned Talk Talk last Saturday, paid with a card and was told my account would be re-instated within 72 hours - that's 3 days to normal folks. I still can't access it - thank goodness I use Hotmail for important e-mails - I can access it from work!!

It also strikes me as a bit 'plankish' to disable my Tiscali/Talk talk account when they want money off me!! I'm intrigued to see if they've sent me any e-mails! LOL
I can still access the internet from home!!

Maggie, TalkTalk don't do customer service (!) as I've found with endless emails and snail mails to them in the past. Luckily I wore them down in the end and got a refund. I doubt if us csutomers will be getting any refunds for the downtime we're experiencing in being without an email service for 3/4 days.

My tiscali / talktalk has been working fine with the new set up for a couple of days but has now gone tits up. My mail box is apparently 100% full and no new emails.
Went in via outlook express and got my mail that way with no probs.

William, I was amazed that they were unable to pass an e-mail to the correct department - i got fed up with being passed form pillar to post (wasn't going to phone at 10p a minute)
I did question their ability to run a p*ss up in a brewery, let alone an internet company!!

Yesterday they had the nerve to phone me up and ask if I would like to pay for an upgrade!!!
