Not so much "wouldn't do" as probably "couldn't do" - working for the Blood Service and being the one that deals with putting the needles in and taking them out (I think the technical term is venepuncturist). I have enough trouble with them sticking needles in me - I'd go to bits if I had to do it to someone else. |

Good luck, Rose. Maybe setting up your own business will be the answer? |

I don't mind cleaning lol I've done a lot of it, I'm much better at doing other people's houses than my own though :) |

Funnily enough I was thinking along those lines TootyFruity, I was talking to someone yesterday who started a contract cleaning business 4 years ago and their turnover has built up nicely. |

With some Cat, but a lot seem to offer on the job training for the NVQs, i suppose it depends on the area and extent of care...whether it's just basic help or with more specific medical elements to it. |

I have done some jobs I wouldn't want to do again. The worst was cleaning the mens toilets. The stink was horrendous. |

I couldn't work with abused children or victims of domestic violence. I would be too angry and couldn't do the job with an objective mind. |

I think it's more the smell of blood and the sight of vomiting in my case Hayley lol, I can cope with it but it's not something I'd do from choice :) |
