My daughters first proper date.

My 16 year old daughter was going on her first proper date tonight, the local council's firework display. She has been like a cat on hot bricks for 2 days. Day off from college today and she has spent all day throwing clothes all over her bedroom. I didn't think it was possible for her room to look any worse than it usually does ..... Mum is NOT always right. lol |

It is awful when they begin to grow up and then comes the first car! Mother's nerves do take a bashing. OH slept soundly - me not until I heard her fairy feet on the garden path!!! |
