As it is usually hot here on Christmas Day we generally have cold ham, turkey and seafood with salads followed by a lovely trifle and the usual mince tarts and Christmas cake. Then in the early evening we fire up the bbq and whoever turns up gets leftover salad and sausages. A great family day:-)) |

AAH Kitty - thought I was going to be the only one for goose. Try to make the goose fat last as long as possible for the roasties! 23rd I always cook a very large ham and cover it with honey, nutmeg and cloves. Always the same they want that on Christmas Eve with eggs and chips!!!! |
