Even if a message has been opened and they have lets their subs lapse they may not realise that they can reply to a message from a paying member and may not be in a position to pay for a 6 months membership. |

I had a PM from someone over the weekend asking to look at my tree. The person's name was not at all familiar to me. So Monday I PM'd them and said the same, and would they familiarise me with details, please. |
