Slade's 'Merry Christmas' is a NO NO NO, NOT ON YOUR NELLY in our household, can't stand it...or anything by Cliff Richard thanks.

However, I think Sinead O'Connor's version of Silent Night is luvverlee.

"Fairytale of New York" by the Pogues is my favourite closely followed by Jonah Lewies "Stop the Cavalry".
Absolutely hate Slades "Merry Christmas" it really grates and I reach for the off button.

I do like a bit of Bing .. the 1977 version is pretty darned good although I still have problems appreciating his 'swing on a star' which my Dad insisted on playing every Sunday morning at full volume when I was a Kid ;-)
