pam, I hope that your dreadful situation has now eased.

Yout mother is nOT your responsibilty. As Merlin said, you must refuse to take any responsibility for her health and safety.
Tell her Social worker that you hold HER wholly responsible for whatever happens to yout Mum.

Meanwhile, do as others have recommended. See your mum's and your own G.P, s and ask for their help.

Explain that you are unable to care for your mum. They really should be able to help.
Perhaps you will be extra lucky and get some help/assistance for yourself.
It certainly seems like your could do with a helping hand, instead of having yet more worries piled upon you.
