freebmd has 597 deaths for "Unknown" in 1890 - most of them have no first names but one has "Bill the Painter". |

Look at any parish record burials, and you'll always find some 'unknown, found dead'. Sad, but true. |

Perhaps he went overseas to live? I couldnt find the death of my gt gt grandfather then I eventually found he went to live in America. |

Hi, just wondering, is it the case that some deaths were never recorded? I have been searching for a relative - Joseph Samuel Alden, b. Bristol 1849 - but cannot locate a death certificate ANYWHERE?? |
