	I have special memories of Jean's lovely smile, when we met at the summertime children-welcome meet at Regents Park. She was an inspiration to so many and a willing helper at all times. Sadly missed. Gwyn

	Remembering Jean with loads of affection. She always made time to seek me out at Meets to ask after our daughter and her concern and reassurance was always so very warm. A truly lovely lady who is missed a lot. xxx

	i will be raising my glass to Jean tonight she touched our hearts and she was a kind and caring person sometimes you never truly appreciate somebody till they have gone and she will be missed by many to day and everyday thinking also of Jane and her family xxx

	There are people who touch your lives however briefly, and Jean was one of them for me, whose courage and humour stay with you always as a reminder of how you should try to be. Much missed for her forthright manner and the kindness which underpinned it. Rose xx
