Hi i'm trying to trace any family member from the cumberland percifically Maryport area. My great granddad John young born 1875 had a sister Jane born 1872 and died in 1953 and i believe through a realative she was married to a man called Sewell who had 2 or 3 sons and he suddenly died and then i believe she remarried a man called Richardson, all i know are the men's surnames, also my grandfather had a brothe Daniel born in 1871 and died in 1943 however i do not know if he was married or had any children. i'm stuck at a dead end really as i've got no more information on them if anyone could give me any suggestions or know anyone who is tracing The Young family from cumbria around that area please get intouch with me or give me some information as where to contact records offices. i have the birth and death certificates for my great grandad. i'm interested into finding the rest of the family

some of the children have Walker as a second name and I think this may have been Ellen's maiden name. Have a look at FreeBMD and there is a marriage for her Cockermouth Reg district, Will leave it to you to find but come back if you cant !!
