My scan has had to be postponed till February 17th, as the medication sent to me that I needed to take before hand was short by three bottles, and by the time i realised it and informed the radiology dept, it was too late to get it to me so that I could take it before the scan that was booked for tomorrow! You dont expect those kind of mistakes and dont look for them. I will in future! |

It's awful when you get yourself geared up for an op or procedure then it's cancelled or postponed. I had it happen to me years back, had booked time off work to cover op and recovery time and then got a call the day before going in to say the date had been changed to a fortnight later. |
