	Pleased to hear your OH is getting better. Hope the improvement continues. Ooh that is going to be noisy I think, is there anywhere you can take refuge?

	Update. OH is a lot better and managed to drive me to the hospital for my scan today. He still is weak on his legs though. So , Scan over, OH getting better, now to clear out the kitchen and bathroom ready for the builders to come in and put all new floors and cuboards down, and a wet room. courtesy of the housing association. Start on the 28th. I might move next door out of the noise! Jean

	He is going to attempt to get as far as our garage tomorrow. It is at the end of the street, not near the house. I have never known him to be so weak, even when i met him, he was one of my patients!. What with him and me needing to get to the hospital on Thursday for a scan it is not a good week. it is one of those scans where you have to diet before hand and take a lot of laxatives!

	Thank you all, such a surprise, Jude, you monkey! He has been knocked for six as the medication didnt agree with him. he has not been eating well for some time and this put him to bed for a few days, had the Dr because he had trouble standing. Was given tablets to help him swallow and he is getting fitter, but has not been to his shed or out of the house for ten days. you would have to know him to realise what that means. I have threatened to divorce him, citing the shed, before now.!

	would taking antihistamine tablets help? That's if it's itchy My daugther got chicken pox when she was 21 ............. and the doctor suggested a name brand over-the-counter antihistamine would help ease itching it worked wonders for her! sylvia

	Been there :-( Paracetomol, cool packs and no scratching! Horrid, really knocks the stuffing out. Wishing Mr Jean more comfortable soon.
