Big hindrance to tracing ones family tree

What I find really frustrating is that so many of these records do not show the name of the parents. |

There are ways and means of finding the parents but sometimes it takes a little bit of lateral thinking, but hey, thats what this game is about. |

Baptismal records usually have the parents' names and birth certificates have, at the least, the mother's name. |
