	Thank you so much for all your comforting words, hugs and more, they are so appreciated and I will pass them on. Having asked how long he has left, it is a matter of days so he has asked to go home to his loved ones where he belongs; MacMillan nurses will visit him there. Thank you so much again xxx Shimms xxx
