	Thank you so much for all your comforting words, hugs and more, they are so appreciated and I will pass them on. Having asked how long he has left, it is a matter of days so he has asked to go home to his loved ones where he belongs; MacMillan nurses will visit him there. Thank you so much again xxx Shimms xxx

	Positive thoughts and prayers to the person who is so ill and for all their family and friends. The MacMillan Nurses are absolutely the leaders in such care and I say that with great pride, as a former nurse, who often called on These amazing people for advice and support.

	Shimms, So sorry to hear your sad news.. As Jane said the McMillian nurses are fantastic and will take a load of worry from your shoulders.
