I have been a continuous Premium member of Ancestry since 2003. Having just found that my great grandfather left his wife and family and moved to America with a married lady 24 years younger than him I decided to upgrade to Worldwide. |

I've been back to Ancestry who have agreed to credit my 6 months and upgrade me, good news. Bad news is they have a ''technical hitch'' and have so far only managed to completly cancel me. Needless to say I have e-mailed again plus 2 phone calls. |
