Gosh yes Paula! you reminded me "A mannequin parade" is what my mum used to call it, from that era. |

HI - Yes, Rose is right. We now say 'Catwalk Show' - Years ago it was called a 'Mannequin Parade' - Neither phrase uses the word model - but that's what they're both about. |

Can anyone help me. On a birth certificate of an ancestor it has the mothers name then under it it says 'a mannequin'. What does this mean? The birth certificate is dated 1941 |
