Nothing. I've postponed pancake day til the weekend...girls had them at school and they preferred my chocolate and marshmallow cake for pudding so there's no point lol

When I do it will be lemon and sugar.

They'll no doubt cover theirs with chocolate sauce *shudders* x

Ha ha...you're not alone with the failed pancakes...some expert chef on Breakfast tv this morning was demonstrating how to make the perfect pancake ....and it all went horribly wrong ! Had a little chuckle to myself I have to admit...mine are also hit and miss but it's great to see the *experts* foul it up LOL x

Loads of Maple syrup, and sausages with them. More like breakfast than dinner so gave the kids carrot chopped up as well !! Over here (Canada) they like thick pancakes, but when in the UK I usually have lemon juice and a little sugar on nice thin pancakes like they should be !

Too full last night after pizza cooked by daughter, so we had them for breakfast with fresh lemon juice and a sprinkling of sugar.

I have to cook them in a really old 'tried-and-tested' frying pan which is quite heavy. Any modern pan usually results in failure.
