I live in Spain and the moon was magnificent, Living on the side of a mountain coupled with the fact that our roads do not have many street lights we could see the moon quite clearly and plenty of stars.

We are very lucky because of the low levels of street light, still enough to see where one is going, our sky is pretty spectacular as most nights the stars are very clear,
I did bye a telescope but unfortunately someone decided that they liked it and it went away when I was out! As we live in a cul-de-sac I found thsi strange, At least that was all they took and the only time in the 7 years we have been here that we have had a trouble.
