have checked and today is the day for renewal of my account, which is roll over - continual. would this be the reason? |

Nothing to do with your renewal. Your tree is available to you irrespective of whether you subscribe. Glad to hear you are sorted, but if it happens again, try clearing your browser cache - this often does the trick. |
