Google permits 'fair use' but refuses to say what constitutes fair use and will only say that it has to be decided by a court. It does seem strange that Google can photograph domestic properties, their owner and any passing pedestrians without consent then claim that there may be restrictions on how the images are used. I use a screen capture program called Capture Express but there are lots of free programs that can capture part or whole screen images, as well as the Print Screen key. |

Thank you all for your comments. I will have a go at the print screen option but also look into the Capture Express and other programs. |

Hi Luckylainey, the Print Screen key is normally next to the Scroll Lock and Pause Break keys at the top right of your keyboard. Regarding the download warning, this might be an automatic response of your browser but not knowing the website or file involved I can't advise you. If you are downloading a file from a 'proper' freeware website the files should be guaranteed to be free from viruses and spyware. But you do need to have an up-to-date security program running on your computer! |

Capture Express is a free download but it only works for 30 days then you have to pay to upgrade to keep it working but there are plenty of free-for-ever screen capture programs. |
