Ann organises us beautifully. We each make 2 suggestions then we vote to see who wants to read what, and the 2 winning books are the ones we should read. If there is a tie, or if some of us can't get hold of these suggestions, then we review others on the list: Ann will explain and make it all very clear. It's all very easy going and I have read lots of books I wouldn't otherwise have picked up.

I have PMd Greenfingers and she is interested but has said she can't add suggestions until tomorrow. If everyone is happy to wait I will hold the vote over until then. :-)

That's ok Ann. Have been working on my family tree today, so need a rest from the screen.

Welcome Greenfingers, looking forward to seeing you suggestions.

I was going to PM Greenfingers as I know she reads quite a bit apart from recipes..... Like me she enjoys M C Beatons... I am still waiting for two or three to get on our shelves at the Library.

I will look later my Sunday Night to see what is going on... Persie

Oh! Must try better phraseology or clearer sentences didn't even think of that. LOL Ann indeed...

Persie :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Thought I would add, Greenfingers very politely asked to join... don't think I ever did, I just popped on and commented, the next thing Ann published a new thread with my comments and before I knew it I had started to vote etc.
My problem - at first I thought I had to have read my suggestions first then provide my own review not the blurb on the book and then 2 if I had read the two or three, sometime earlier that got the vote which happened on occasion I didn't do a review with the others. So here was me reading the two suggested plus two to suggest and if I didn't think one or both weren't that good I felt no I can't suggest them and would go flat out with some more reading.

Now I have got the hang of it, I no longer put myself through the wringer and even get time to write scathing rewviews if I feel the need to do so.
