Tree not loading

Hi,

Anyone else out there having problems loading their tree?
Everytime i go onto "open tree" it comes up Sorry for inconvenience performing maintenance.

This has been for three days now.

OK for me.

Clear your Browser Cache and try again. If it still not working then report it to GR.

Incidentally can you open other members trees?

How do i clear browser cache?
No i can't open any of my contact trees either.
This has never happened before.

I have contacted GR my problem being can't get
into My Threads and just tried Inbox and same message
comes up. Received lovely reply and they are looking
into it for me, problem for 6days now.

I have contacted GR yesterday and still waiting for reply.
I can get into everything apart from family tree and contact family trees.
Really annoying when you want to get on.

Similar for me, but just the last 15 hours or so. However over 1500 names have been added to trees in the last hour acc to the home page so I am sure it is a problem being sorted :-).

To clear out your browser,

IE8
Tools, Delete Browsing History
Tick Preserve Favourite Website data, and
Tick Temporary Internet files but leave the other items unticked.

Firefox
Tools, Clear Recent History
Tick Cache but leave the other items unticked

Doing this on a regular basis will dramatically reduce problems with web pages such as the GR tree, failing to load.

I can't get to my family tree either - since the day before yesterday. It is getting beyond a joke as there apperars to be no official announcement about this outrage.

I'm having massive trouble with this application. I started off using Safari. It was fine for the first week or so. Then the problems started - logging me out, freezes, errors, pages not found, site under maintenance, etc. So switched to Firefox - OK for a day or two and then same problems. This has been going on for a couple of weeks for me now. This is totally unacceptable to charge up front for 12 months and deliver this shoddy application. I have reported this and have been told they are 'aware'

"Our technical team are aware of the specific problem that you reported and we will be implementing a solution as soon as is possible. Your patience while we work to resolve this is much appreciated."

I want my money back for every day I can't use this application! :-(
