We have a lady that came into our hostel this week with a child. They came in,in the clothes they were wearing and could not speak a word of english. When people move out and leave things behind i always wash anything and store.Today i gave her lots of stuff including toys.I got a big smile and she made me a cup of tea.Communication already started. |
