congratulations val,
oh what a lovely feeling it is,i had my children young(17 the first)im now 47 and for years i wished for grandchildren and they didnt come,and know i have a 2yr old grandson and a 9month grandaughter and another on the way(due jan)they have come one after the other like buses,oh the joy you feel when you see their lovely smiling faces is priceless.its great being a nanny,i hope your grandson brings you as much happiness that mine have brought to me. :-D :-D

Congratulations Val - and the parents!!!!
I have to tidy my house before my daughter arrives (takes about 15 minutes) then spend a day clearing up after the 4 of them(daughter + 3 grandchildren) leave!
I have noticed that certain 'traits' skip a generation. My gran hoarded, my mum throws out, I hoard, my daughter throws out - but comes to me for 'things'. Grand daughter (aged 9) hoards - and loves coming here on her own - her brothers are 3 and 15 months - to 'rummage' - and use my computer in peace LOL
