Difficulty editing my tree...

Website won't let me "Go to my Tree" I need to edit a date and add a photot to it, I have closed everything else down, pressed F5 to clear my cache and have a really quick internet thing.....not sure why it won't let me access my tree......quite frustrating.

If anyone has any top tips I would really appreciate it.

F5 will only try to refresh the page. Try clearing the Cache / Temp files through Tools / Options on your browser menu.

PS just tried mine and it is ok but a bit slower than normal.

Cookies are rarely the problem when it comes to accessing your GR tree.

Assuming you have all the necessary installed, a reasonably up to date browser and flash player, and with pop-ups enabled for the site, if the problem has only recently started, clearing out your temp files is the best bet.

It has worked for many members over the years.....!
