Hi Cat I am here off and on, blitzing the house ready for son, DiL and two Grandchildren to stay over the weekend, lots of reorganising needed to change our two 'offices' back into bedrooms.

Grandchild (this lot) are 9 and almost 15. Not tidy up as such, more clear the rooms so we can put up the sofa bed and blow up bed. One room is my craft room and the other OH's computer room. But I like to have it nice when they arrive, then don't bother when theya re here. And I am no housework freak, I spend too much time on here, so plenty to do when we have visitors!

l'm always here but in and out, depending on what else needs doing, sometime its my name that takes over, other times its Ann...lol or Liz Purple, but thats cause she comes on here in the middle of the night.

6am, the 9 year old always used to wake just after 5am. She still wakes early but doesn't wake us up these days. 15 year old will probably mooch in his room, although we are all going out for a meal tomorrow, OH's birthday.

6am was a bit of a stab in the dark lol. I don't think mine were quite as early as 5am but having said that it's been a long time as they're now 17 and 18.
