Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I know a lot of it is artistic licence, but if it gives the right historical details it's a good thing.
I am going to look back at my books on Kings and Queens of England and later the U.K.

The French movie ( "My Afternoons With Margeuritte" ) was about 1000 times better.

If you could disregard the many, many wardrobe and location errors ( bricks were not a common building material in the C15, steel even less so) it was a pretty fair translation of P Gregory to the screen. Not a patch on Game of Thrones for entertainment.

Enjoyed it again.....I don't care about the details ..can't say as i care about the inclusion of zips or concrete etc........so far it's been true to the books I loved reading and I can't wait til next weeks ..........

I watch it on catch up when HID has gone to bed

I am enjoying it but have to turn to Wikipedia each week to work out who is who...I know a lot about from henry VIII onwards but didn't really have much of a clue before that (apart from William the conk)....so at least it is teaching me something :-D
