We had a clown come to the assembly at school today.

As a result 2 adults hid their eyes, a few children did the same and there were 2 puddles on the floor from the little ones at the front.

Maybe it wasn't such a good idea after all :-(

What do you think?

I was having coffee in a cafe this morning where they have pictures for sale. The one that caught my eye was a clown, and it looked scary!!.
I can take or leave clowns but my adult daughter has a real thing about them, and has done for as long as I can remember.

I find them rather sinister. I think it's because you can't see who they really are under all that face paint. Poor little piddlers, Kitty <3

Same as my nephew Ann and Lyndi...............he runs away and can't even bear to look at a picture of one, and he's a burly builder!! lol

Of course Stray........... I am a wimp when it comes to horror films I haven't seen it *shudders*

Don't much like clowns myself, but took my 4year grandson to a small circus recently the only danger of a puddle on the floor was he almost peed himself laughing!

Mind you these were not the fully painted clowns like in Stephen Kings IT. you could see they were normal people.

The one we saw had a red nose and painted smile with only a very faint amount of white, but that was enough to set them off :-\

I felt quite sorry for him, he did well to carry on really.

When I was teeney weeney parents got me a clown for entertainment at my birthday party , I didn't know at the time ....

He jumped out of a huge box and said "suprise" as I went to open what I thought was me bike....he grabbed me laughing.......

It was soooooooooo freaky , I could not stop crying.... :-(
