I clicked on this thread "Error Message" twice and what do you know .......Errors!!! :-P

I have asked the GR Team on numerous occasions as to how many times an error message has to be logged before it is investigated but no surprise they will not answer that question

So many members are having this problem that something needs to be done about it.

My page just went to Error without me doing anything.... just did it by itself :-|

Gave up on GR last night couldn't get onto anything, all I got was error after error, very frustrating. GR are pushing their luck. Been contacted by someone in my family who hasn't long started his tree, started with GR but got annoyed with the tree on here.

He is now a member on another site and is only taking his info from his tree here not adding more ancestors. He will not continue his subscription next year.

There were a number of posts about it last night on GR's facebook page.

As that tends to be looked at by staff more often than the community boards, at least they will realise something happened over the weekend.

Last weekend when there were problems, the ER appeared on the data base. Could something else have been added this time?

Commercial organisations will often run maintenance programmes on their servers at the weekend as the majority of the employees are off line. Could they have forgotten that this is exactly when the paying customers have time to use the site??

Error error error,it is never ending :-| I am starting to lose it a bit now.

This has been going on for far too long.

I am starting to wonder if Genes are running this site into the ground for some reason because this is what has been going on for months now :-(

Never try to fix it ...if it is not broken :-(

I also tried the nz site, got the Error Message............... I don't like using the UK site, it always gives me more problems..... even when I sign out, I have trouble getting back to the au site, it automatically takes me to uk! grrrrrrr

I gave up this morning trying to log in on the UK site so logged in via the NZ site.

My lady, I've just posted on my thread about the difficulty I've had trying to access the site :-|

I've been out all day, I turned the computer OFF before I left.

Got home, turned the computer on, made a pot of coffee.......... sat at the computer, tried to get on this site.

That was five minutes ago (at least!)

Error Message constantly........ at least ten!!

I was eventually taken to a strange Yahoo page, a few links to GR there. The first two... Surprise Surprise....... I got the Error Message. The third, took me to the UK site.

The last time I used the UK site I couldn't use my tree!

They say the Error Messages are logged. Ha Ha!! If there's a log basket, it's broken.

I'll copy this, because I'll probably get yet another Error Message when I click Submit.

Yes, it has been happening all night and just soooo annoying. Off to bed now and hoping it will be sorted out tomorrow...... Goodnight All.

I get the error message everytime I try to access GR but have no problem on a 2nd attempt?

That was looking at a message in my Inbox and responding to it! Also trying to look at the Sent Messages to check. More Error Messages....... until I got to the Sent Messages box & saw that my message had been sent three times.
