I've been using Firefox for a couple of years now.

I got fed up of switching between IE and Firefox for different sites, so decided to use Firefox only

Kay????

PricklyHolly

PricklyHolly Report 28 Oct 2013 21:24

There is nothing wrong with IE...except on this site.

As Kay said........."They wont admit that whatever changes they have made in recent weeks dont suport IE8 and XP, other sites dont have this problem"

SylviaInCanada

but you CAN use emoticons even if you don't have them!!!

Just use the "codes"

You do not have to be emoticon less in your posts

Close up the spaces between the symbols on the left, and also be sure to leave a space between the last letter of a word (or a comma or full stop), and leave one space between each "emoticon"

I'm so sorry that this problem is still outstanding, I can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

I note from one of your previous emails that you're using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8.

Please could you try using google chrome? We don't usually ask members to switch browsers but feel this might be a good solution for you.

I know this isn't ideal, but hopefully this will allow you to use your emoticons in the meantime.
