This is a rugby themed fun programme, mostly in the Welsh Language - unfortunately for Non-Welsh Speakers. I am not fluent, but I can just about get by!:-D

It is presented by Rugby Presenter and former Wales International JONATHAN (Jiffy) DAVIES, World number 1 Referee NIGEL OWENS, and Sports Presenter SARRA ELGAN (wife of Simon Easterby and daughter of former Wales International Elgan Rees)

It has guests- Welsh people from TV, Sports etc.
