What made me very wary of anyone taking any vitamin, mineral or herbal supplement or treatment on the suggestion of a non-medical person was my experiences when I became the de facto "poison information person" where I worked ............ the requests came usually came from the local Poison Control Centre as they did not always have the right references for some obscure possible poisoning, and it was purely and simply because I had a Botany degree, knew the names of plants, and we had some obscure plant books in our library!! |

I did indeed post it wrong, my doctor did say there is NO medical reason as to why I am tired all the time, also pharmacist said not to take them (vit B12) until I’ve seen my doctor which is what I will be doing but not until I get back from my holiday in November. Thanks again everyone x. |
