Yes I know MaggieinWinchester,But she has sent it out to all her friends/family in Yorkshire/Derbyshire and the North -East so it gets full coverage to save the dogs.

Amazing news today the dogs are going to find new homes after a meeting with defence minister Gavin Williamson .Monday night at the centre in Leicester to discuss their future but if the news hadn't been made public would **Gavin Williamson** have been interested at all ?It was .Andy Mc Nab collecting 400,000 helped & people on here .Thank You so much <3 <3 Barbara ( correcting post )

Thanks to Andy McNab he has saved these dogs nowt to do with the bloody mp.

....so it transpires they didn't 'need' to be put down - just laziness on the part of the MOD.
Disgusting!

Perhaps the Government and MOD will now look at loyal translators from Afghanistan, Iraq etc, who are being denied safety here, or are in danger of being sent back.

So, someone with common sense at last. Thanks to Andy & everyone who signed the petition. People power works. Hope they will have a lovely forever home. :-)

This is an up date to Thread 1000 dogs have been put down after serving with service personal it is sickening to see this on the news surely they weren't injured or old the petition saved two but what about all the rest Barbara

So sad, I hope they are waiting on Rainbow Bridge, peace and love there unlike where they were. Their handlers must be heartbroken, it's disgraceful. So much for Purple poppies!
