I use a top sheet under the duvet too. You don't have to change the quilt cover so often and in hot weather you can push the duvet down and just have the sheet over you. :-D |

I use blankets ,sheets and bedspread.I sleep in a king size bed and I think you can throw off clothes better in warmer weather,and get cosy in winter . |

You can buy Arctic throws but don't think they come in King size. |

Have you come across Easy-Fit Bedding.com? I have promised myself this as my next self-indulgence. They apparently open out flat with a zip round all four sides. Not cheap but it takes me half a day's struggle to change duvet covers these days! |
