	Is it Portrait on your own device? If not, rotate it in what ever version of Picture Manager you have & save. Someone else is having a problem, although in her case it’s loading upside down https://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/general_chat/thread/1371603 May be one of the suggestions might help you. 	Install a free imaging program eg Irfan View (free). Import the image. Using the rotation control rotate the image as desired. Save the image. When uploaded it will retain the saved orientation. Iran View can also be used to resize and clean images etc etc.
