Rollo, I have no need for high speed access. :-)

I don't download films or play games on the computer. It is used exclusively for 'normal' activity, emails etc. so for me the speed is fine, but apart from that we have to switch as in a few months the old copper network will be switched off.

All's well with the world; our main phone was connected this morning (WA time) after I phoned our ISP.

Usually there is a wait time of up to 30 minutes before you can actually speak to someone :-0 but this time I phoned at 0530 and got straight through :-D :-D

Apparently, the service was active from Monday this week but I never received an email letting me know :-|
