Good choice of winner - agree Faye was good on the night.

Loved Joe's show dance - didn't like Stacey's show dance too bitty.

Did you see Craig's face when Kevin and Stacey was announced - black as thinder - he really does not like Kevin does he - it wouldn't have killed him to just give the one 10 for the Paso.

Well I have to be honest and say I would have liked Faye to have won. Her first two dances were very elegant, and loved the Fever routine.

Saying all that, Stacey, who had no training along with Joe were well worth the admission fee! How wonderful to be taught to dance to that standard and love it.

In as much as Stacey was a worthy winner, I do not particularly warm to Kevin. I cannot be doing with all the falling on the floor, and fist pumping.

However, I thought it was very gracious of his ex-wife to come straight over and congratulate him.

Craig, as always says what he thinks. I do not think that arguing with him did Kevin any favours. Accept what Craig said, as Stacey did.

Both Shirley and Darcey said of Joe and Stacey 'what you see, is what you get' so that shows they are very grounded.

The right choice...well done, Stacey :-)

Although I must say they all danced well on the night :-D

I did like Stacey's Paso for me the best dance of night :-D

I did think though that Kevin tried to grab too much of the limelight after they'd won....yes, he had trained Stacey to be the dancer she'd become but at the end of the day it was down to Stacey to show she had the trust and ability to perform them :-| :-)

I did get the impression that Craig didn't particularly like Kevin...perhaps it was just me

Final night. All two and a half hours of it!

Three dances each I belive. Show dance, couples favourite and judges favourite.

I think, if it an audience choice there will be some upset.

I was just hoping that as it was an Audience Vote that the other person in the dance off was going to be Faye now that really would have put the cat amongst the pigeons :-0 Wonder who The Judges would have picked then :-0 :-D

I really didn't think Joe deserved to go straight through to The Final but with his blogger following anything could happen.....he could even win :-0 :-0

It should have been Joe and Lauren in the dance off which then wouldn't have made it so one sided. I think Lauren would have had a good chance of getting through but as soon as her name was announced she knew her time was up before even dancing :-(

I don't think Ashley has a chance of winning as it's an Audience Vote :-D

For me the Winner has to be Stacey :-D :-D

I think Lauren was very gracious in defeat, as she always is. I love that AJ was so protective towards her. They were a great couple.

I am not impressed with the format putting Ashley against a lesser qualified dancer, it is weighted too much in her favour.

Faye's tango was sizzling, Joe has a huge fan-base.

I hope it is not a one horse race.

I think it went as expected really yesterday, Lauren was happy with the result and she should have been the one to go. It can't be denied that Ashley is a great dancer (although too good to be in this competition), but it didn't do her any harm to be in the dance off, poor Fay takes it all so hard though she was really thinking it could be her.

Hopefully the public will pick the one who most deserves to win. Joe probably gets lots of votes from his teenage followers on his you tube. Stacey is well known and popular, I am not sure Fay is so well known. Maybe all the Americans in the UK will be voting for Ashley (plus any Pussycat Dolls fans. :-D :-D

Good luck to Joe and Stacey next week as totally novice dancers.really looking forward to the special show dance for all 3 of them - Kevin said he was going to do something totally off the wall. I do hope its good and not a contemporary type thing.

I still love Tom Chambers one & the Burlesque one last year. Defiantly a real show dance.

I loved Faye's Argentine Tango it was so good and very mesmerizing and she only had slight dance training not to ballroom standard. Joe's wasn't bad but not one I liked very much - i did love the Stacey and Kevin Viennese waltz - it was so lovely, I love that song too.



Oh dear another travesty this week - even if the couple that left were the weakest ones , it was not fair for them to be up against "She who will not be named " in the dance off.

I hope the public wins out on Saturday. and shows their feelings to the BBC.

A colleague at work suggested there should be a grading system, where those who had previous dance type experience were marked harder than those who had none. That way the "Voldemort" would not have had the first 40 or be expecting to be at the top of the leader board every time, when placed against the ones trying their hardest to get it right and grabbing the minor points.

Hi MG yes you read my mind - i said that to my OH on Saturday - with that dark band on she looked just like Megan.

I feel so sorry for the 2nd couple if the public are going to keep not voting for Ashley - they seem to be using the judges leader board for the 2nd couple.

Trouble is i like her dancing but am fed up every time as she has assumed she will be the winner and pouts if she dosn't get full marks.

What a shame Old Snake Hips Charles got booted off. He was very good I thought. Are we going to have this every week with Ashley being in the Dance Off and then winning? Smacks a bit of Roland to me.

Report in the papers that Lauren is the most popular contestant from the public point of view.

Has anyone else noticed that if Ashley had dark hair she would be a dead ringer for Megan?

Isn't the final judged only by the public? If so, if people don't want Ashley to win she won't.

I saw the results on Sunday Morning when i opened FaceBook in error.

I assume they are going to keep doing this every week till they get the final they want.
Its not fair on the 2nd couple

First time ever i think this series is a sham and fixed by the BBC. they should vet the celbs to make sure they are all of the same kind of standard.

So very surprised the judges chose Ashley this week - Charles was way better & so humble. I love Joe to bits but his dance was nothing like the one Charles did.

Well, what an entertaining evening of dancing... I do like a good Musical :-D

I thought they all did exceedingly well :-D

Lauren - I thought she looked like she was really enjoying the American Smooth and I thought she looked so natural...her best dance to date. :-D

Faye - A very entertaining Charleston ...well choreographed and danced.

Charles - Rumba is technically sooooooo difficult for the male but he carried it off so well.

Ashley - a fast and furious Quickstep perhaps a bit too fast and furious

Stacey - another American Smooth but so different to Lauren's but equally as entertaining...told a good story.

Joe - an entertaining Salsa with an incredible lift at the end but it was Joe being lifted not him lifting his partner.

So who to be in the dance off :-0 :-0

I know Joe has a huge following but I didn't think his Salsa was as good as the other celebs dances. Yes, it was entertaining but I didn't think there was as much technical
content as the other celebs and I didn't think he looked as relaxed as he had done in previous week's and this was reflected in his dance :-(

Ashley's Quickstep was I thought a bit too OTT and because of that didn't flow as well as the other celebs. It was as if she was trying too hard and because of that didn't look as natural as the others :-(

So for me it should be Joe & Ashley....with Joe to exit :-(

To be honest though, after last week, it could be any of them in the dance off :-0 :-D

One thing I did notice was how trim all the celebs looked obviously they are all putting in a lot of hard work :-0 :-D

Ok my thoughts. I was surprised when Kevin looked like thunder when he and Stacey got lower marks than some of the others a couple of weeks ago. I was pleased when Karen and Charles got 10's. He has been languishing on the 25 mark for too long. Although Karen did not look too pleased at the end of last weeks tango.

I suspected Graham was on borrowed time. But it is all a bit daft to put one no so good dancer up against a better dancer at the Dance Off. Mind you Ashley looked like she had been slapped with a fish! I thought it was a bit cruel to say the decision was a 'no brainer' Sugar coat it a little.

I reckon it might be Lauren or Charles tonight. Joe has a huge following, and Stacey has really thrown herself into it. So I don't think they will be going anywhere soon.

Much as I do like to watch Ashley, I think she has had too much training to be in a show like this.

As for the Lindy-Hop-Athon. What the Dickens?

Cant see the Judges voting Ashley off at the dance off - I pity any other poor soul paired up with her at Dance off time

The result of the dance off was as Craig put it 'a no brainer' :-0. Well done, Graeme for getting so far and being so entertaining in the process :-)
