Oh yes, I keep forgetting you are in the countryside Fly. The biggest pest here is Japanese Knotweed. No-one can get rid of it, not even burning kills the roots.

I used to knit a lot. Kiddlies cardigans, jumpers, soft toys etc. But, I had to concentrate on it too much. I know someone who can knit and watch tv at the same time, I never could! I used to make things for the school fayres.

Yes, I am a bit like Von, I like painting and drawing. I regularly go to the galleries, and I am not afraid to go on my own, if Beloved has something else on.

We both like galleries Fly. We are going to revisit some of them that we have not been to for years. We have favourite paintings, and there is always something new to see in content.

Have you seen An Experiment on a Bird in an Airpump? It is a fabulous painting, there is such a lot going on in it. Light and shade on the faces.
