Yes, it was overtly an advertisement for Ancestry DNA.....

..... BUT I STILL LOVED IT! :-D :-D :-D

And if the internet is correct about those who have the surname CLEARY in their ancestry being descendants of Kinsmen to The Kings of Connacht - then I'M RELATED TO ANT! :-D :-D :-D

I wonder what was left on the cutting room floor.

I liked what I saw, but would have liked a little more detail about the specific marker that linked Ant and Dec to the various ancestral lines - i.e skeltons from 6 thousand years ago 9or was it 6.000 BC?)
Dec was linked to the people that made pots for their porridge.
Each of them were linked to kings or higg kings of Ireland.

I just wondered what percentage of the population of the British Isles carry these markers? Are they rare or not?
It would only taken a couple of minutes to tell the voewer so as to give them a fuller version of the facts given.

By the way, I reckon (by looks, area and job) that I am related to the undertaker from Cork.

I loved watching them....and I actually do like their daftness because you can also see they are very close friends.

How good are the DNA kit tests? Just asking for a friend. ;-)
