When we first moved from Liverpool we had a stream outside our back garden. The number of shrieks we gave when we walked down our garden path in the dark and a frog hopped onto our feet! You’d think we were being attacked! :-0

Ah, we knew how to entertain the neighbours. :-D

There's no Bentley Moor left, they put houses on what was left - my sister lives in one of them

I've heard that some building materials are in short supply :-(

When I was thinking of a memorial for D, I was told that the granite came from China and could take 9 months but that was due to the Ports around the world dealing with Covid and it's restrictions :-(

We had a loo in the yard at Liverpool although we had an upstairs bathroom there. It was Grandad’s house and he thought it was unhygienic to have a loo in the house.

Will you wait, Belle?

K’s brother has a black granite one with gold lettering and it looks well.

I lived in a Victorian terrace with an outside loo and so did most of my relatives, our 3rd bedroom became a bathroom in the early 1950s but no loo upstairs until my father became ill.

No, Joy ...it didn't seem right to wait that long. I have a rose bush in a circular plot. It had 22 buds on it last week <3

I'm on my laptop and not used to using a keyboard so keep forgetting the capitol letters and punctuation. Good job the grammar police don't come on this thread :-D :-D
