I'm just back from a Welly walk with a friend.
It is sooo mild, but very wet underfoot.

Thought I saw a nice patch of fresh mushrooms, but decided to leave them growing where they were.

I can imagine what you were going through - I had the busiest day on Monday that I've had since before March 2020. I had to go out twice - once to take the car for its service and a second time to collect it and pay for it - then my pal called to thank me for something I had slipped through her letterbox .... then I had a huge delivery around teatime! I am so not used to such busy-ness now !

As I said to number 2 of the house ;-) - I've been run off my feet today! :-D ;-)

Been a better day today, sunny, lovely & dry but windy, I was out sweeping up leaves again & was surprised to see how dry everywhere was after nearly a week of rain.
Wasn't easy sweeping up, the wind kept gusting & blowing my leaves in all directions, all good execise gathering them up more than once! LOL.

Not looking very nice outside just now, it won't be long before it's dark.
