Must pop into town to the Post Office to post a birthday card to New Zealand.... That will cost !

Mostly we communicate by phone calls and e mail, but I'm happy to send cards for birthday and Christmas.

Another bleedy wet day here again :-0 :-0

Just sat down to do Tesco and realised I have booked delivery for the same time as my car is due in for MOT :-0 :-0

As it was sunny first thing I stripped our bed…now stuck with a pile of wet washing indoors….the day couldn’t get any better :-(

Pat, My mum had a wooden clothes horse too and I don't remember it marking our clothes.
How was that? I'm sure if I put wet clothes onto wood, it would leave stains :-S

Blood test results to check cholesterol levels were in at GPs.
Don't actually know figures, but receptionist said that a note says 'Normal. No action required'
Just as well blood was tested before Jubilee weekend and a family gathering with delicious desserts earlier this week. ;-)

Now must get back on track to maintain results..........

It's brightening up nicely here, so I could dry any clothes outside today - if I'd done any washing - which I haven't :-)

I have a wooden clothes horse that was a wedding present almost 53 years ago. It has a white plastic coating on the rails and there are casters on the bottom to make it easier to move. Quite a good one in it's day and it still does the job now.

I still use quite a lot of my wedding presents. Things were made to last in those days and I was never one for replacing things just for the sake of change.
